Our Commitment to Safety
The cleaning practices at our inn have always been exemplary. We have simply enhanced the meticulous attention to cleanliness with the addition of some CDC recommendations. We are doing multiple-times-daily cleaning of all common area surfaces, doorknobs, etc. as recommended by the CDC.
We are ensuring 24 hours elapse between check-outs and check-ins. This procedure allows an appropriate amount of time for the virus to have entered its inactive state. The room is stripped of all linens. In addition, it is then sanitized/disinfected. We have replaced all bed covers with white duvets. This lets us wash everything in the hottest water possible. We eliminated decorative pillows.
Breakfast is still one of the highlights at our bed and breakfast. Therefore, our menu is unchanged. You have several options at breakfast. Select a time to eat in our dining room. Opt for in-room delivery. Enjoy the outside seating. If you choose to have breakfast delivered to your room, we are using only disposable plates and silverware. We are still baking our nightly desserts. However, we now deliver it to your room.
It’s a Matter of Your Comfort:
Some guests are more comfortable with a greater degree of social distancing. We have four accommodations that offer the ultimate in comfort combined with a degree of isolation. Each allow for no-contact check-in. Each has its own outside key-less entry. Kitchens range from full gourmet to simple kitchenette. Three units have a washer and dryer.
Savannah still has limited dining-in options. Therefore, we maintain a list of these restaurants. An exceptional option is our “Chef’s Choice” Dinner package. Chef Noel will prepare you a three-course Dine Inn (pun intended) option for only $45 per person. We use the freshest possible ingredients. Dietary restrictions are considered. Dinner may be delivered at either 6, 6:30 or 7 pm, We also have wine available. Please give us 48 hours notice.
There are many other changes and adaptations we have made to keep you and our staff as safe as possible. Please reach out if you have any other questions!
