Cancellation Policy
When situations arise requiring a change or cancellation in your reservation, we most certainly do empathize, but due to our small size we regret there can be no exceptions to our policy. Cancellations will be accepted up to 14 days prior to your stay with a $30 cancellation fee per room booked. If you choose to cancel within 14 days you will be held responsible for the full price of your intended stay. We will make every attempt to rebook your room. If Azalea Inn and Gardens must discount the room(s) to re-book them, then you will have to pay the difference. Your refund amount will depend on the amount of money we receive for the re-booking. If we are successful, there will only be a $30 cancellation charge (per room) to you. You must e-mail us your cancellation request and your cancellation is not confirmed until you receive a cancellation confirmation number from us.
Reservations paid for with gift certificates are subject to the same cancellation policy.
Early departures/late arrivals are considered cancellations and are subject to the same cancellation policies.
Special Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy may change at any time for any reason, at the innkeepers’ discretion. Typically, our cancellation policy will only change for special promotions, holidays, weekends, or other special events.
