Savannah Georgia bed and breakfast bookings / reservations at Azalea Inn and Gardens must be confirmed in writing via email or fax.
- A deposit of one night’s room rate plus tax per room will be charged to your credit card at the time you confirm your reservation details.
- Special events bookings, weddings and reservation of the entire house must be accompanied by a 50% deposit and are subject to the 30-day cancellation policy, as noted below.
- Quoted rates do not include 13% local and state tax.
- Rates are based on double occupancy.
- Reservations are subject to availability with advance reservations recommended, especially during peak season months – March, April, May, June, October, November and December.
- Reservations are not guaranteed until appropriate deposit is received and confirmation letter (via email or fax) has been sent from the Azalea Inn & Gardens.
Check in time is 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Please call if delayed. Earlier or later check-in will have an added cost in order to pay for additional housekeeping staff.
Our front desk assistant will assist you to make any further arrangements, such as dinner or tour reservations.
- Pets are not permitted. (Owners have three resident Yorkies)
- Smoking is permitted only in select locations out of doors.
- Cigar smoking is limited to the exterior side of the inn.
When situations arise requiring a change or cancellation in your reservation, we most certainly do empathize, but we must maintain a strict cancellation policy. We are a small inn and do not overbook. Our cancellation policy is 14 days prior to arrival, however, we do maintain a 30-day cancellation period for holidays, special events packages, weddings and reserving the entire inn. All cancellations will be charged a $25 service fee per room.
- Should you cancel your stay within 14/30 days of your arrival your refund will be responsible for full payment. Based on the extent that the accommodations can be re-rented we will issue you a gift certificate to use at a future date.
- If your stay is cancelled more than 14 days prior to your arrival date, a refund of your deposit, minus a $25.00 cancellation fee, will be credited to your account within three (3) business days after the date of cancellation.
- This same policy applies to the use of Gift Certificates.
Full charge for the entire reservation will be charged to the reservation credit card for unclaimed accommodations, non-arrivals and no-show on the dates of the confirmed reservation.
Special dietary restrictions will be accommodated by pre-arrangement.
Your Bed and Breakfast lodging balance must paid upon arrival by cash, debit card or credit card.
No smoking or guest candles within the inn. Smoking is limited to the grounds or porches (be sure windows and doors are closed). All rooms are fitted with monitored smoke detectors, which will sound an alarm if any smoke is present. Any violation to this policy will result in a restoration free equal to a minimum of one night’s lodging plus all cleaning costs. If you render a room unacceptable for incoming guests, you must compensate the inn for lost revenue.
Management reserves the right to recover costs from any guest in the event of deliberate and intentional damage to hotel property.
Azalea Inn places high priority on the security of guests' property. All valuables such as travel documents, credit cards and personal property are the full responsibility of the individual guest. Azalea Inn and Gardens is not responsible for loss of any money or valuables will staying at the inn. Management is not responsible for damage to any auto or loss of contents in the auto while parked at the Inn.
