Saturday, August 30, 2014 you can walk downtown then take a free ferry over the Savannah River to the 7th annual Craft Brew Fest. Attendees number upwards of 5,000 – so you know they’ve got to be doing something right!
Autumn in Savannah featuring: THE SAVANNAH JAZZ FESTIVAL
MUSIC LOVERS, this event is for you. If you make plans to visit Savannah during the Savannah Jazz Festival in 2014 we are positive you won’t be disappointed.
From September 21 – 27 you get a whole week of FREE activities. The first Savannah Jazz Festival (in 1983) was organized by Savannah’s late jazz legend Ben Tucker. He shared his knowledge and talent generously with everyone who wanted to learn more about America’s original music.
Our B&B is just a short walk from the Jazz Festival’s main stage in Forsyth Park. By “short walk” we mean less than 5 minutes. Top that!

Aspiring filmmakers and accomplished movie-makers alike gather together for competition film screenings, special screenings, workshops, panels, and lectures. Over 40,000 people attend the Savannah Film Festival presented by The Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). I hope you are one of them.

What Is Savannah Craft Brew Fest Like?
On Saturday, August 31, 2013 from 1-5pm you can hang out on the banks of the Savannah River as you sample craft beers from around the country with friends and strangers (who will just become new friends anyway!).
This is the 6th year the Craft Brew Fest has been up and running. Attendees number upwards of 5,000 – so you know they’ve got to be doing something right!

- For a more intimate craft beer tasting experience, check out The Distillery. For you history buffs, the building was erected in 1904 as a as a bonafide distillery.
