What’s Not to Love at Sage Restaurant
May 31st, 2012 by Teresa
Jake and I aren’t often in the same state let alone the same city, but when the opportunity arises we seek out new food adventures to recommend to our guests and to satisfy our own palates! I was lucky enough to sample the menu at Sage a few weeks ago during a “for the trade” wine tasting and I must say, what’s not to love at Sage Restaurant? On that occasion the menu was small plates with tastes of several regular menu items – bibb lettuce with plum balsamic tomato reduction, beef kababs over orzo lemon salad, chili-rubbed tuna, and completed with lucious Tiramisu. I knew at lunch’s end that this was a place I would return to with my husband to savor the Spanish and Mediterranean inspired cuisine.
