New Restaurants in Savannah

There are a handful of new restaurants in Savannah this year that we are excited to tell you about.  The restaurants keep coming and the food in Savannah just keeps getting better.  These four restaurants are all downtown in or near Savannah’s historic district.

The Vault Kitchen & Market – A renovated local banking institution turned into an industrial chic eatery.  Happy Vault Kitchen customers have said, “From the moment you drive up to this restaurant you know that it is Different. The attention to detail and preservation of this transformed bank, into a restaurant is perfect. The bar, viewing of food being cooked to order, via tellers “windows” and even the restrooms are unique. The variety of food offering is amazing and it is difficult to choose.” From TripAdvisor. Try their sushi or Deposit Box Duck Tacos – BBQ duck, cabbage, picked carrots & daikon, chipotle sauce, sesame seeds, & cilantro.  The Vault quickly became a local favorite of the new restaurants in Savannah.

Pairing classic favorites with modern twists, our menu features creations inspired by California, the Mid-West, and, of course, our home here in the Low Country. Review from TripAdvisor says, “We thoroughly enjoyed everything we had and our service was awesome! We had the chicken wings, tomato basil soup, ordinary salad, and the New York Strip. It was all cooked to perfection and the staff made our visit so memorable. They were great so the atmosphere was terrific!” For brunch, try Ordie Benedict – toasted Pub biscuit, poached eggs, stone grits, shredded pork belly topped with a beet hollandaise sauce with a side of fruit.
